Trial privacy and data retention
Use non-sensitive test images
This trial processes your prompt, uploaded images or frames, and the resulting analysis on OPTIVIZDATA-hosted infrastructure. The language model is operated by OPTIVIZDATA; you do not need to supply an API key. Do not upload confidential information, personal documents, or images you are not entitled to share. Review generated results; this trial does not guarantee detection accuracy.
Maximum 24 hours for trial content
Trial uploads, prompts and results, including failed sessions, are retained for no more than 24 hours from the session start. New processing and follow-up requests end after one hour; this does not extend the retention deadline. Expired content cannot be read, and normal cleanup runs before the deadline. If the service is offline beyond a deadline, cleanup runs before serving requests again. This is a service-level policy, not a guarantee of physical SSD erasure during an outage.
Session access and service protection
Your browser keeps the session identifier and access token in sessionStorage for the current tab. Closing the tab can remove your access; copying a session URL alone does not grant access. Do not share the token. Cloudflare provides the public connection and Turnstile anti-bot verification and may process technical information such as your IP address and browser details. Usage limits and security records are separate from trial image and result retention.
Company enquiries are separate
The company website privacy notice describes the company website, enquiry forms and optional analytics. It does not replace this trial notice. Emails and project enquiries are business correspondence, not trial session uploads, and are not covered by the trial's 24-hour deletion limit. Please do not email sensitive sample images.

Optional session feedback
Ratings, comments and suggestions submitted in the trial result view are attached to the session and deleted with it within the same 24-hour maximum. Do not include sensitive information in feedback. Separate project enquiries sent through the company contact page are business correspondence, as described above.
